Iron Kettle Cooking Series @ Lee & Maria’s: Christmas Feast
The first of two Christmas themed cooking classes, this one will focus on the preparation of the perfect Christmas meal. Not only will you learn great ways to incorporate local vegetables into your menu, but also take away tips and tricks to make preparation as easy as possible. Chef Benjamin LeBlanc-Beaudoin of Iron Kettle Bed & Breakfast will explain ways kitchens in France and Switzerland prepare for large feasts and how to implement the same ideas into your own Christmas feast preparation.
Your ticket includes a four course tasting menu prepared in front of you by Chef Ben. While veggies will be the highlight, expect meat courses during this event as well. Learn tips and tricks so you can make the same dishes in you own kithcen.
Each course will be paired with a wine selection from Colchester Ridge Estate Winery (CREW).
