Iron Kettle Cooking Series @ Lee & Maria’s: Summer Harvest Menu
The harvest is in full swing, which means it’s time to dig into the goodies coming from the fields. Chef Benjamin LeBlanc-Beaudoin of Iron Kettle Bed & Breakfast will grab items right off the shelf in this surprise menu event. You can’t ask for a fresher meal than one prepared at the farm where the produce was grown.
Your ticket includes a four course tasting menu prepared in front of you by Chef Ben. While veggies will be the highlight, expect meat courses during this event as well. Learn tips and tricks so you can make the same dishes in you own kithcen.
Each course will be paired with a wine selection from Muscedre Vinyards of Amherstburg.
