Iron Kettle Cooking Series @ Lee & Maria’s: Root Vegetable Deliciousness
The best of the harvest may be behind us, but that doesn’t mean your dinner needs to show it. Learn ways to enjoy those hearty root vegetables that last well into the winter. Chef Benjamin LeBlanc-Beaudoin of Iron Kettle Bed & Breakfast will plucked rght from our own shelves. You can’t ask for a fresher meal than one prepared at the farm where the produce was grown.
Your ticket includes a four course tasting menu prepared in front of you by Chef Ben. While veggies will be the highlight, expect meat courses during this event as well. Learn tips and tricks so you can make the same dishes in you own kithcen.
Each course will be paired with a wine selection from Oxley Winery of Colchester.
