During the year we seed, plant, tend, then pick. Rarely are we doing just one of those at a time. But, now that we have our final crops of broccoli, cabbage, and kale in the ground, planting is starting to wrap up. We do have a few stragglers like garlic and strawberries, but those will be for next year, not this season. Now our attention turns to beginning to clean up the areas of the field we’ve already harvested and ensuring our late crops are ready for when the weather turns chilly. Scary thought to think we’re already looking ahead.

This brings us to our most frequently asked question, when do we wrap up for the season. This year it will be right before Christmas. After that it gets too cold to deliver. We start back up at the first of April.
