We traditionally prepare our bone broths by slow simmering our bones, vegetables, and herbs in small batches for 24 hours then flash freeze to preserve vitamins, minerals, and protein content.  Our thick gelatinous broth is rich in flavour, a source of protein, and low in sodium, ready to heat and sip or use as a substitute cooking liquid in recipes.
