Altobello products are air-dried next to a national park, high in the mountains of Abruzzo. Genoa Salami is a classic Italian cured sausage originating from the coastal region of Liguria. It has a smooth, mellow flavour, and pairs well with provolone and aged cheddar, and also makes a great addition to a panino.
