Our Sparkling Lime & Yuzu is made with Tahiti lime from Mexico’s fertile groves in addition to the wonderfully floral Japanese yuzu. We have created a lower calorie soda that’s perfect for mixing with premium vodka or tequila, for a mouth-wateringly zesty summer spritz.

Clean, crisp, citrus-forward
Although both are citrus fruits, the Tahiti limes we source from Mexico and the Japanese yuzu yield noticeably different flavours. We selected this variety of lime for its superior taste profile that balances its signature sharp tang with a delicate sweetness. The yuzu fruit from Japan is renowned the world-over for its incredibly floral flavour and it adds a wonderful lightness to the Sparkling Lime and Yuzu.
