Sugar Snap Peas, 1lb Bag

You can eat sugar snap peas whole, pod and all. They are delicious raw (straight off the vine or dipped in hummus) or cooked.

To prepare them, simply pinch off the tough, fibrous "string" running along the seam of the pod before eating.
