Benjamin Leblanc-Beaudoin is the Chef of the Iron Kettle Bed and Breakfast located in Comber, Ontario. Recently voted Tourism Business of the Year, as well as on the list of the Top 40 under 40 for Canadian Traveller Magazine, the Iron Kettle B&B is a “must stay” accommodation when visiting Essex County.
Chef Ben has worked in kitchens around the world, including stops in France and Switzerland. He brings his culinary prowess, love of fresh local ingredients, and humour to each cooking class.
Each class features a tasting menu prepared by Chef Ben in front of you, while he explains different techniques used to make the dishes in your kitchen easily. This is an interactive class with lots of Q & A during the meal.
All of our classes take place at our On-Farm market and feature seasonal ingredients grown in Essex County, usually right from our field just a few yards away from the course.
Each course is paired with a wine or beer selection from an Essex County winery or brewery. Past partners have included Muscedre Winery, GL Heritage Brewing, CREW, Pelee Island Winery, Kingsville Brewing and many more.
Try one of the premiere farm-to-table experiences in Windsor-Essex and attend a cooking class unlike any other.
